Hardware and Software available during contest

Teams will be given access and use systems similar to those used in the recent ICPC World Finals held October 2021 in Moscow. Each team of three members will be given access to a laptop with external screen, keyboard, and mouse. No hardware substitutions will be allowed (that is, teams may not bring their own equipment into the contest rooms). To ensure an equal playing field, teams may not substitute keyboards or other peripherals. All teams will use identical equipment supplied by NKU and described above, during the contest. Sytems will be running Ubuntu (w/ Gnome) and will provide access to a variety of editors and IDEs for Java, C, C++, and Python 3.  Follow the link above for more detailed information but be aware that specific hardware described in that description will not be an exact match but will be the same for all teams.
